These Terms govern purchases from and use of the MesasLlenasStudio online store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, subject to any mandatory rights available to you under applicable consumer law.

About the store

MesasLlenasStudio operates from Portugal and sells digital business resources, including templates, workbooks, checklists, planning tools and related downloadable content. Customer support is available at mesasllenasstudio@gmail.com.

Digital products

Products are supplied digitally. No physical item is shipped unless a product page expressly states otherwise. Product pages describe the main contents, format, language and price of each item.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown at checkout in the applicable currency. An order is accepted when payment is successfully processed and the order is confirmed. We may cancel or refund an order where required to correct an obvious pricing or technical error, suspected fraud, or where supply is not possible.

Delivery

Digital files are made available electronically after successful payment through the delivery method shown during or after checkout. If you experience an access or file problem, contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

Licence and permitted use

Unless a product page or included licence states otherwise, your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the digital product for your own business or personal purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, reproduce for resale, or make the original digital files available to third parties as standalone products.

Where an individual product includes a different or more specific licence, that product-specific licence controls to the extent of any conflict.

No guaranteed business results

Our products are educational and practical business resources. We do not guarantee sales, revenue, profit, audience growth or any other particular business outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

Consumer rights and refunds

Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected. Digital-content withdrawal and refund rules are explained in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

MesasLlenasStudio and its licensors retain all intellectual-property rights in the original content, branding and files, except for rights expressly granted under a product licence.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law. To the extent permitted by law, MesasLlenasStudio is not responsible for indirect or consequential business losses arising from the use of educational or business-planning materials.

Changes

We may update these Terms for future use of the store. The version applicable to an order is the version made available when that order is placed, subject to mandatory law.

Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Portugal, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply to them under applicable law.
