MesasLlenasStudio sells digital products delivered electronically. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under Portuguese or European Union law.

Digital downloads and right of withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, that right may be lost once delivery or download begins only where the legal requirements are met, including the consumer’s prior express consent to immediate performance and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal will be lost.

If those requirements have not been met, any statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

Defective, inaccessible or incorrect files

If a file is defective, corrupted, inaccessible, materially different from its description, or the wrong file was supplied, contact us. We will first try to provide a working or conforming copy. Where applicable law gives you a right to a price reduction, termination, refund or other remedy, those rights remain unaffected.

Change-of-mind requests

Where a valid loss of the statutory withdrawal right has occurred after digital delivery begins, we do not normally provide refunds solely because a customer changed their mind, no longer needs the product, or did not use it. This does not affect mandatory legal rights.
